What's new?
Most of our new customers live very close to the CleanFill Hub, so we're reducing our delivery area.
If you're reading this, then you're outside the new delivery zone.
Don't worry though - we've also launched refill.shop - delivering grocery refills to the whole of the uk.
Here's what you need to know:
It's not a subscription service - buy what you want, when you want.
We deliver to the whole of the UK, not just locally.
Our range is different, and (for now at least) we don't sell fresh products to allow us to really build out our pantry, home and personal care ranges - plus watch out for some new additions coming soon.
What’s happening for existing weekly.shop customers
If you had a weekly.shop account, it’s already been moved across to refill.shop. When you next log in, you’ll simply be prompted to set a new password.
And to say thank you for being one of our earliest supporters, we’re giving you free delivery for life on all your refill.shop orders.
We’d love you to try out the new system - and tell us what you think. Your feedback is what’s helped us shape this next step.
Why have we made the change?
For months, we’ve been developing alternatives to the heavy glass jars we used for local deliveries (you will probably have noticed your orders getting heavy as we’ve expanded the pantry range!).
That led us to something new: washable, food-grade, BPA- and PVC-free reusable plastic bags that go through the same reuse system as our jars, steel containers, and cotton bags.
We quickly realised that because these bags are thin, light, and durable, they can travel safely through the post - complete with a freepost return envelope so you can send them back for cleaning and reuse.
This means we can now bring closed-loop groceries to every corner of the UK, not just local areas.
It's also meant we can reduce our delivery area whilst still serving customers who live further away.
Please give it a try!
The new refill.shop service is live - starting with our pantry range, and soon expanding to an extensive range of home and personal care products, some of which were in the weekly.shop range, and there’s a lot of new stuff coming too.
We’d love you to be among the first to test it and share your feedback. The new reusable packaging has been through extensive testing - but nothing beats real-world use.
Your support helped us build the world’s first circular supermarket. Now, together, we’re taking it nationwide.
We can't wait for you to try it.
