How it works

Buy plenty of the groceries you normally get at the supermarket, 100% zero waste.

Grocery refills use to be the norm, we believe they will be again.

We make it easy by taking care of the whole zero waste bit. All you need to do is choose your products, enjoy them and then post back the empty bags in the freepost return envelope.

Here's how it works in five easy steps.

Step one: order your products

Choose from our rapidly expanding range of ethically sourced and mostly organic products.

This bit is like a regular online shop - pick your sizes, add to basket and checkout!

Be sure to check back often as new products are added on a reular basis.

Step two: delivery

Your products are delivered through the post - you can choose how quickly you'd like them delivered at checkout.

For now, we use sustainably sourced and reused cardboard boxes but watch this space - we'll soon be switching to reusable delivery outers that you send back along with the product packaging (see below).

Step three: enjoy your products

We're going to be cleaning and reusing all of the packging that your products came in - so please don't throw any of it away!

Don't worry though, packaging returns are dead easy (see below).

You can either decant your products, or use the bags they came in to store and use them from.

Step four: return empties

In your delivery you'll find a preprinted freepost return envelope (as with cardboard boxes, watch out for a switch to a reusable one very soon).

Once all your bags are empty, place them with any clips and ties into the freepost envelope and pop it into your nearest post box.

Step five: we clean and reuse

All our packaging - product bags, clips, ties (and soon the reusable delivery and return outers) go through our cutting edge reuse system ZeroTrace, in our CleanFill Hub in Battersea, London.

It's cleaned, relabelled with our MagicLabels, and refilled with fantastic products.

Our first-of-it's kind circular system was developed with funding from Innovate UK, and we recently had our food safety inspection from the Environmental Health Agency, scoring the maximum Hygiene Rating of 5.
